Make your own Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 280g frozen sliced strawberries or other berries
- 100g Sugar
- 160ml cream
Method
Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped.
With the food processor running, slowly pour in the cream until fully incorporated.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer and use in one week.
