Recipes: Death by Chocolate
Ingredients:
- Chocolate and vanilla ice cream
- 150g plain chocolate
- 200ml cream
- Chopped nuts or milk or white chocolate buttons or smarties
To make the sauce, melt the chocolate gently in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Stir in the cream and heat until smooth and glossy. Do not boil the hot chocolate sauce. Scoop the chocolate and vanilla ice creams into a bowl or sundae glass, pour over the hot chocolate sauce, sprinkle on the decorations.
