Recipes: Toffee Ice Cream with caramelised banana
Ingredients:
- Toffee ice cream
- 1 banana per person
- Soft brown sugar
Slice the banana at an angle into a frying pan.
Sprinkle one dessert spoon of brown sugar per banana over the bananas.
Heat gently until the banana are softened and caramelised to a golden brown colour.
Arrange the banana slices on a plate; put 2 scoops of toffee ice cream on top.
Pour over the remainder of the caramel from the pan.
