Recipes: Strawberry Meringue Delight

Ingredients:

• Crushed or broken meringues
• Strawberry or Vanilla ice cream
• Sliced Fresh Strawberries

Put the crushed meringue into the base of a bowl or sundae glass. Add 2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry ice cream. Arrange the sliced strawberries onto the ice cream Decorate with whipped cream and toasted almonds or chocolate flake.
