Recipes: Hot Raspberry Sundae
Put the raspberries in a saucepan with a couple of spoons of caster sugar.
Heat until the sugar is melted and the raspberries have softened to a thick puree.
Pour over the vanilla ice cream and serve immediately. You could also make this dessert
with any mixture of summer berries, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries.
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream per person
- Fresh raspberries
- Caster sugar
