Corrin Hill Ice Cream is manufactured in Fermoy, Co. Cork. It is made from the finest natural dairy ingredients sourced from the lush pastures of Munster. It is a full dairy ice cream made with only fresh milk and cream and contains only natural ingredients.

Corrin Hill has been developed to meet the growing demand for natural authentic products that are produced locally using the finest ingredients. Independent Blind tastings has confirmed a significant preference over the brand leader.

When producing Corrin Hill we had very strict guidelines, they were as follows:

• The products must be full dairy products made with fresh milk and cream.
• No added vegetable oils or water.
• The product must contain no artificial ingredients with only natural colours and flavours to be used.
• No GM ingredients
• The product must not be higher in fat than the standard ice cream.
• The product must be suitable for coeliacs and vegetarians to consume.

We manufacture Corrin Hill ice cream in five different fantastic flavours. Our Creamy Vanilla is the ultimate creamy classic vanilla dairy ice cream, the Ripply Strawberry is sensational, rivers of strawberry ripple flow deeply throughout. If one wishes to indulge, then the triple chocolate treat is just the answer! Our Saucy Choc Chip is a high quality dairy ice cream with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips embedded throughout. Mint Choc Crunch is madly minty with a chocolate and honeycomb crunch. Last but certainly not least is our Sticky Toffee, this is a totally toffee ice cream with toffee chunks and swirls of toffee sauce!

Corrin Hill Ice Cream is now available in the popular family pack formats: 1 litre tubs and pint blocks. It is available in the supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide.

In 2006 Corrin Hill also became available in 125 ml individual tubs to eat conveniently at any time you choose in the following four flavours, Sticky Toffee, Creamy Vanilla, Ripply Strawberry and Saucy Choc Chip.

New to the market for 2007, we have just launched Corrin Hill Natural Frozen Yoghurt. It is a low fat, probiotic frozen yoghurt which is a perfect ingredient for making fruit smoothies at home and equally delicious as a low fat, refreshing alternative to ice cream.

As people search for ways to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day, Corrin Hill Natural Frozen Yoghurt provides an ingredient solution to making professional fruit and vegetable smoothies at home. The product contains probiotic acidophilus and bifidobacterium cultures which have a number of health benefits including; restoring the friendly bacteria found in a health digestive system and improving the immune system. Corrin Hill Natural Frozen Yoghurt is a natural product, there are no added colours or flavours.
